We at Roe Consultancy are CIFTA qualified Economic Appraisers, with over 20 years’ direct experience in the preparation and approval of Economic Appraisals (including Business Cases). Within this time, we have prepared and approved over 400 Economic Appraisals. Examples of large scale Economic Appraisal’s which we have completed in support of planned expenditure include:  

• Economic Appraisal of £14m Strabane Campus on behalf of North West Regional College;

• Economic Appraisal for the formation of the first UK City of Culture Company;

• Economic Appraisal of £8m Waterfront Hall Exhibition Facilities on behalf of Belfast City Council;
